One of our recent projects involved enhancing our roulette displays with advanced features to meet a unique client request. The casino required displays that could track and analyze roulette wheel statistics independently of individual tables, as they frequently rotated wheels between them. To address this, we updated our displays to associate data with specific wheels rather than tables. Additionally, we implemented a centralized network system to collect and process statistical data in real time. This upgrade not only ensured seamless tracking but also enabled the casino to monitor wheel performance and identify potential issues with greater accuracy.

A year later, the casino returned with a request to simplify the chip-counting process at the end of each day. We responded by integrating a dedicated feature into the displays, allowing dealers to input the quantity of chips by denomination through a user-friendly interface. This addition enabled the casino to quickly calculate the revenue generated at each table, significantly improving operational efficiency and accuracy.
